About Data Deletion — ReckaStowe™
You can request deletion of some or all of your data associated with your ReckaStowe account. Here's what you need to know:
- Profile data (name, bio, images) — deleted within 30 days of request.
- Tracks & media — deleted within 30 days. Associated files removed from storage.
- Purchase history — retained for up to 90 days for legal and tax compliance, then permanently deleted.
- Subscription data — deleted within 30 days. Payment records managed by Stripe are subject to their retention policy.
- Full account deletion — all data listed above is deleted; purchase/payment records retained for up to 90 days for compliance.
We will send a confirmation email once your request is processed. For urgent requests, contact reckastoweinfo@gmail.com.
